Refund Policy \u2013 Products<\/strong>
\nSince we offer downloadable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered. Compatibility requirements, and pre-requisites are clearly listed on our product pages, and you bear all responsibility for ensuring that you meet these requirements. We will not refund purchases for incompatibility issues, further, money will not be refunded due to misunderstandings about software compatibility.<\/p>\n

Refund Policy \u2013 Services<\/strong>
\nUnlike downloadable goods hours purchased for service are refundable with only condition of incompetency of skill causing incomplete work by WP Reloaded. We issue refund within 7 working days.<\/p>\n

Support<\/strong>
\nIf you believe there is a fault with the product, then you should request support and we will provide assistance to identify any defect with the product, and rectify where reasonable. We cannot, and will not provide assistance with resolving faults outside the scope of the purchased product, or outside of the agreed support period.
\nYou take responsibility for ensuring that you are running the latest stable versions of the product, or related software.<\/p>\n

Upgrades<\/strong>
\nWhen purchasing a product we grant you the right (limited by the license option purchased) to receive upgrades on the sites nominated by you. Ordinarily you can expect to receive such updates for as long as the product remains on sale, however we reserve the right to exclude future updates from this agreement where the scope of developing such updates is significant.
\nWe make no guarantees about compatibility of the current version with future releases of related software, nor do we guarantee that compatible versions will be released in the future.<\/p>\n

Mis-priced Items<\/strong>
\nDespite our best efforts, products may occasionally be mis-priced. If an item\u2019s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before sending or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.<\/p>\n
