At times It so happen when your required plugin or theme is not working as expected or described by the plugin or theme author. Most often it happens due to WordPress theme or plugin conflicts. Other possible reasons are an outdated plugin, theme or WordPress version. I suggest you a few debugging techniques to rule out any WordPress theme or plugin conflicts.<\/p>\n

1. Check WordPress, plugins and themes versions.<\/h2>\n

Make sure you are using latest version of WordPress, plugins & themes. An outdated plugin, theme and WordPress version may cause some features to stop working or malfunction.\u00a0 WordPress provides a dedicated section to check all updates at one page. Go to Dashboard\/Updates in WordPress admin panel & see what plugins, themes and WordPress itself need an update.<\/p>\n

If plugin, themes and WordPress update do not work then try reinstalling latest version from Dashboard\/Updates section in your WordPress admin panel. If it do not solve the problem them move to next step.<\/p>\n

2. Rule out plugin related conflicts.<\/h2>\n

Deactivate all plugins except the one you are testing. Now perform the required actions on the website & check the results, if successful then try to find out conflicting plugin by reactivating all plugins one by one. Generally It will not effect data of deactivated plugins & will b available again on reactivation.<\/p>\n

3. Rule out theme related conflicts.<\/h2>\n

If above technique do not work then switch your theme to default WordPress theme to check theme related conflict & issues.<\/p>\n
