It seems that PHP email function has some issues at your web server. Can you ask your hosting/server provider to make sure if PHP email function is working well. Also, try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/ an alternate to conventional email function by WordPress.

With Application Tracking Addon, an email is sent to the applicant on each status change.

Hello, can you customise the email text for each custom status? For example I want a status called ‘Unsuccessful’ that I can set, and I can write a nice automated email to inform the user that their application has been unsuccessful? I do not want a generic email that just says ‘application status changed to X’.

Hope this makes sense.

Hi Ollie,
Automated emails are sent to the applicants using Application Tracking System extension & email text is customizable from the Admin panel. Along this, you will also need Application Statuses extension to create custom applications statuses.

Today, the emails that we are receiving are no longer formatted properly and bringing in with them backend code from the website. We have the latest Apply Online and Apply Online Email plugin. We are using AVADA theme. Latest WordPress version. Please advise.
